Resistance/Strength Training Moving amount of weight for certain amount of time. How you lift determines what kind of reaction your body will have. i.e. Hypertrophy Sets and reps 1-6 reps = muscle hardening 6-12 reps = muscle inflation 12+ reps = muscle endurance
