Legislative Branch Has power to make laws. Is made up of Congress ▫Congress is the Senate (100) and the House of Representatives (435).
Executive Branch Carries out the Laws. Made up of … ▫The President Can Veto Bills passed by Congress! ▫The Vice-President ▫The Cabinet Nominated by the president and must be approved by 51 Senators.
Judicial Branch The Supreme Court ▫9 Justices. Appointed by the President and serve life terms. ▫Decides whether or not laws are constitutional.
