Commissioning and Procurement - Key principles Aligning commissioning with GUM transformation project Services to be flexible and respond to the need of residents Innovated services that are sustainable Residents have access to the most appropriate services

New Model Developing the system into Two lots Lot 1 – Psychosocial support Sexual Health Promotion, HIV support, Counselling, Peer support Lot 2 – Sexual Health in Primary Care Contraception Offer, Greater Access to Local Services, Targeted Screening Modernise and change the design of services to reflect local need and to work alongside GUM and the London Transformation Programme
