Student-Led Conferencing

Student-Led Conferencing (SLC) It is a conference led by you to present what you have learnt, how you feel you have progressed in school and what you have achieved to your parents. It creates an opportunity for you to explain to your parents what life in Hwa Chong has been like for you.

Conference Goals To encourage students to accept personal responsibility for their academic and non- academic performance in school. To teach students the process of self- reflection and evaluation. To facilitate the development of students’ organisational and oral communication skills and to increase their self- confidence.
