17 Corporate Activities ‣ VimpelCom received regional GSM licenses previously held by VimpelCom-Region. ‣ Merger between VimpelCom and KB Impuls was completed on May 31, Applications submitted for re-issuance of licenses and frequencies to VimpelCom. ‣ The 2005 AGM will be held on June 22. For the first time there are 12 nominations for 9 board seats.
