Submitting an Application Double Check these items:  Full Legal Name  SSN  DOB

 Select current high school  Basis of Admission: Early College Start  Must select a Major…  Not Undeclared!  Demographic questions must be answered

ACC eID & ACCmail  ACC eID & ACCmail must be retrieved & activated by the student!  Available 24 hrs after submission of admissions application  Activate eID first, then ACCmail account!  The ACC eID & password affords the student FULL ACCESS to their ACC record via their student Online Services account

 SSN and DOB must match admissions application  ‘not found’ error means one of two things:  Information entered does not match  Submitted application has not had 24 hours to process  ‘not uniquely found’ error means:  More than one account with same last four digits of SSN and DOB  eID is first letter of first name followed by seven-digit ACC student ID number

ACC eID  Student retrieves ACC eID  Validation through correct SSN (last 4 #s), DOB, and official last name on student record  Once retrieved, proceed to “First Time Login”

ACC eID  Student will re-enter & confirm:  last 4 digits of SSN  Date of Birth

Online Orientation   Requires ACC eID & password  Student must complete the module and print the certificate of completion at the end (if necessary).

Orientation (TOP)

 All new students receive the Orientation hold (ORN)  ORN hold is ended automatically by ACC system once TOP is completed (usually takes 24hrs!) Orientation (TOP)

Online Services - Registration  Select semester  Ex. CREDIT Spring 2016  DO NOT select CE (Continuing Education)  Reverse Transcript  Credits from another institution to ACC  Only necessary to answer once

Online Services - Registration  ACC Emergency Alert  Optional  Only necessary to answer once  Primary Reason for Attending  Select any answer  Only necessary to answer once

Online Services - Registration  Type in 5-digit Synonym number ONLY  Leave all other columns blank!  Verify Course Information and select suitable option  Register  Remove from list  Waitlist  Submit to complete

Online Services - Class Schedule  My Class Schedule  Follow link under the ‘Academic Planning’ section  Select the appropriate semester (i.e. CREDIT Fall 2015) from the drop down menu  Any active registration will then be displayed

Online Services – Final Grades  Select Semester  Select Academic Level (UG Undergraduate)

Online Services - Transcripts  Click ‘Transcript Order’  No cost/free!  Option 1: choose destination from menu  Option 2: manually enter destination  Can request early and select “Hold for current semester grades”
