All the parts pertaining to the mainframe product with a list price equal or above $1’ are covered. The following data will be requested for each instrument to be covered: - Model and serial number - Customer address and contact - Installation date

CAG EMEAI | Agilent Restricted | Page 3 CAG EMEAI FY13 | Agilent Restricted | Page 3 S1 Invoicing, Pricing and discount Pricing The Parts Contract prices for qualifying instruments are as follows : Volume discounts Starting with the 5th instrument included in the country Parts Contract, there is a 1% discount per additional instrument up to a maximum of10%. This volume discount applies to the whole contract. Invoicing Each Fiscal Quarter (Nov, Feb, May, Aug) in advance.
