NOTE to students & parents I am available for extra-help... Mon > Fri. from 6:30 AM - 7:20 AM for any student who wants "extra help" preparing for either the Global 9 District Final Exam... or the State Global Regents Examination. I do ask one (1) thing. Please let me know... either by ... or in class what you want help on... the day before the extra-help session... so I can prepare some material for you.

I am usually in the building by 6:20 AM each school day. Of course it helps when I'm up by 3:30 AM. It's something I picked up from the US Air Force. We had morning Intelligence Briefings which went before the General... usually a one (1) star (Brigadier General) who was in charge of our Intelligence at the Headquarters level. The General's Briefing went off at 7:30 AM. Prior to this there were at least two (2) "dry runs"... the first (1st) was at 6:45 AM. If you had an article (item) in the briefing you had to be in "at latest" by 6:00 AM... preferably by 5:30 AM... to read through message traffic to make sure nothing had occurred over night that would conflict with anything in your article/item going before the General... and later (9:00 AM) the CINC (four [4] star General. Our biggest problem half (1/2) the time was open source material (the press/mass media) that would have something about our item. This could cause "major" problems for us at times.... The best I can say... is that starting your day at 3:30 AM may sound a bit unusual... but then again we have people who work the night shift... be it... at a hospital, in a fire department, on a police force, and even at the PriceChopper right around the corner from NFA [ Posted: Tue. 26 May L... 4:38 PM ]....
