What Can I Do To Help? Galatians 6:1-10

Good Question Often asked –Desire to be involved –Measure of personal commitment Answer in the text –Live in the Spirit (Galatians 5:25) –Walk in the Spirit (Romans 8:5-8)

Care For Brothers and Sisters Restore them (v. 1) –Job of the faithful, or spiritual ones –Souls at risk (James 5:19, 20) –Do so with meekness

Care For Brothers and Sisters Help bear their burdens (v. 2) –Song: “He ain’t heavy, he’s my brother” –Do we know of their burdens? –To help is to fulfill the law of Christ (Matthew 23:39; 1 Thessalonians 2:7, 8)

Care For Brothers and Sisters Do good unto them (v. 10) –Strengthen them (Hebrews 12:12, 13) –Serve their needs (Romans 12:9-18) –Requires time and effort
