Collect: Conduct site visits to collect data (but only collect the data you need!). Analyze: Identify best practices and develop plan for change. Adapt: Adaptation and/or adoption of the identified best practice.

Cheaper? Support activities (e.g., accounting, training, etc.) can be sources of competitive advantage. Every project must be designed to add competitive advantage.

Technology Used Web 2.0 Tool Powtoons- I used Powtoons to demonstrate an excellent resource for reluctant faculty members.
