What’s life like in a reception class?

The doors open at 8.50am and the day starts For the first 2 weeks your child will attend school part time to enable us to really settle them in and get to know them. By week 3 they will be ready to come into school. You need to bring your child to the reception door. Please feel free to come into the cloakroom with your child. This will give you the opportunity to talk to us if you need to either at the beginning or end of the day. The children go home at 3.20pm

Register Children need to be in school by 9.00am. If your child is absent please try to ring the school office to let us know. Children self register to encourage them to learn to read their names and let us know how they are feeling. We check who is having a school lunch. Here is the self registration board. Are you feeling happy sad or excited today?
