To find sources online……  Use a reputable search engine  Google, library database  Be specific when searching online  Use expert vocabulary  Include type of source needed  book, article, image, video  Limit unnecessary words  articles, prepositions Keywords

Refine search…  to limit unwanted returns  to include terms that you have learned from original search  with advanced search option (if available)  use quotation marks to find specific term  ex: “Shakespeare’s sonnets” Refining
