1 Corinthians 12:7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

1 Corinthians 12:8 To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit,

1 Corinthians 12:9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit,

1 Corinthians 12:10 to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another the distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, to still another the interpretation of tongues.

1 Corinthians 12:11 All of these are the work of one and the same Spirit and He distributes them to each one just as He determines.

Gifts of the Spirit pray

1 Corinthians 12:7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. Paul focuses a little more on gifts that are different. not better but gifts that he says are a manifestations of the spirit.

1 Corinthians 13:8-10 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies,  they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes,  what is in part disappears.

1 Corinthians 13:12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face.  Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

1 Corinthians 1:7-8 Therefore you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed. He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless  on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

the message of knowledge God supernaturally gives you information that you otherwise wouldn’t know for kingdom purposes.

spiritual gifts for the common good for the purpose of love for extending the Jesus looking kingdom

words of knowledge are given to us so that we can pray more effectively

a message of knowledge is about what is true a message of wisdom is about what to do

the message of wisdom a supernaturally imparted piece of insight that the all‐wise God can give us.

James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God,  who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
