Australia the first 3 rd country to establish an STC Agreement with the EU EU Lisbon Strategy has similar goals to NZ GIF Europe does close to 50% of the world’s non-military R&D FP6 funds of €19 billion (NZ$ 37 billion) Access to ideas, technology, facilities and people
