Performance Indicators - Strategic Plan Goal One Everyone who enters school in Yukon will have the opportunity to successfully complete their education with dignity and purpose, well prepared to enter the next phase in their lives. Goal Two: Yukon has an inclusive, adaptable and productive workforce that contributes to and strengthens the economy.

Strategic Goals – Indicators 1.Support an effective School Growth Process 2.Set the conditions to have fully engaged Parents 3.Nurture Environmental Stewardship 4.Maximize the opportunity to offer distributed learning 5.Provide for and support students to make effective transitions 6.Offer effective French language programs with academic excellence and strong enrolments. 7.Demonstrate improved success and student achievement with a focus on First Nation students, rural students and by gender. 8.Monitor needs and deliver on courses for required skill enhancement 9.Support future labour needs through immigration 10. Support the strategic goals with the Community Training Funds
