When a ticket is created for a site : –A mail is sent to the corresponding roc ( ROC mail addresses defined in GGUS ) –A mail is sent directly to the site (except for UKI and DECH ) –A mail is sent to sa1-follow-up mailing list. => I think that some ROCS will disagree to use the same mailing list to follow up tickets.
