 Draw a plot diagram (for the proper structure it should look just like the one from your notes!)plot diagram  Fill in the following parts of the plot:  Exposition  Inciting event  3 points of rising action  Climax  (hint: begin at the climax (Act 4) and work your way back)

 Juliet fears the repercussions of taking the poison, yet she takes it anyway.  Summarize what would have happened if she did not take the poison. Be creative, but true to the characters and Shakespeare!  Answer in 2 well developed paragraphs

 Romeo speaks these lines to the apothecary at the end of scene 1.  The world is not thy friend, not the world’s law;  The world affords no law to make thee rich;  Then be not poor, but break it and take this.  Paraphrase these lines
