POSTCARDS FROM A DICTATORSHIP! Pretend that you are visiting North Korea or Cuba (two of the few remaining dictatorships in the world). Create a postcard to send back home telling a friend or family member what things you have seen or experienced while in the country visiting. Your postcard should have a relevant picture on the front along with addresses just like a real postcard. It should also have a section of writing that includes four pieces of factual information about life in one of these 2 countries. Facts should answer some of the following questions… What freedoms do citizens have? What freedoms do citizens not have? What powers does the government have?
