– ACCESS ELLs/Alternate ACCESS March 20 th end of testing window. Materials should be returned within two instructional days of last testing session. – EVAAS Fall Roster Verification (RV) is complete. Spring RV tips: – Complete RV Spreadsheet along the way ( today). – Include EC, LEP and AIG staff. – Collaborate with data mangers and guidance counselors for transfers. – It’s all about instructional responsibility. – Spring 2015 Testing Training, April 30, 2015, at 9 AM. Online Tests- All EOCs, NCFEs, CTE and select EOGs ( 5 th Sci., 8 th Sci..,7 th Math, 7 th ELA) 4-5 days delay on English II, English III, Civics and Economics, American History I and American History II ; administer at the beginning of testing window (1-3) days. NC Test Browser must be installed on computers used for testing. Can’t use computers with Windows XP. – ACT Make-up Test Date is March 17 th CCRAA Grade 11 March 3 rd -17 th
Achievement Gap Composite (GLP) Purpose: To establish the EOG/EOC achievement gap for each school in Montgomery County. Criteria: Ethnicity (White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, Two or More Races) and Student with Disabilities. Calculations: 1. H (Highest Performing Subgroup) – S (Subgroup) = D (Difference) OR H-S=D 2. Total D (Add Differences)/Total S (Number of Subgroups) = C (Composite) OR D/S=C 3.Total C (Composites)/ Total CC (Course Categories)= AG (Overall Achievement Gap for Grade Span) OR C/CC=AG
