What and Why?
What planning is Why we plan How to start planning using mind mapping
Look at the Unit 2 website again. Write down all the main tasks involved in the project. Break down each main task into sub-tasks. Create an initial plan for your project.
It shouldn’t take you more than a couple of lessons to create an initial plan ready for approval.
Thinking about what needs to be done Thinking about how you are going to achieve your goals Its about results. The contents of your plan should match your purpose
We plan to: – Help us complete a task/activity successfully – Stop things going wrong – Break down bigger tasks into smaller chunks – Make sure you do things in the right order
Lets mind map! Mind maps are great for helping us decide on what needs to be done. We can note down main tasks and break them down into smaller tasks.
Look out for these symbols on the DiDA website as they tell you what it is you need to do!! Indicates a file to be saved in your eportfolio Indicates a task you need to do within a main task When clicked, it will present a checklist of things you should have done to get the marks.
