Overview Agreement between IGIC and ESRI Facilitate the use of software for educational purposes

Schools participating Major Users  Iowa State and UNI Limited Users  11 other private colleges and community colleges To participate:  Submit a request with contact information and software needs to facilitator

Software Included All ESRI products  Major users have unlimited seats and all software  Limited users have 62 or 124 seats  Some products have limited use:  Business Analyst, Educ use only Virtual Campus Student version software

Procedures Invoices sent out late July/early August IGIC sends check to ESRI New contract begins October 4 th Virtual Campus codes sent out List of participating colleges sent to ESRI

Update University of Iowa will be joining the license during the next cycle Terry Brase, Current facilitator will be retiring.
