Proposed Field Trips Grades K-2: Observations in the School Yard (community-based field trips to follow) Grade 3: Kennedy Creek Salmon Trail Grade 4: Taylor Shellfish Farm Grade 5: Mason Lake Forest (Wear comfortable outdoor walking shoes and bring your cell phone to take photos!)

Performance Tasks Grade K: Going Places Grade 1: Fall Grade 2: Migrating Geese and Goats are Great! Grade 3: Saving our Salmon/Vegetable Gardens Grade 4: Stormwater Pollution/Water Quality Monitoring Grade 5: Forest Benefits/Forest Management

Things to Remember Check your schedule daily – the sessions take place in a variety of locations. Be sure you’re at the right place at the right time. Sign in each day for clock hours and pay. Clock hour forms will be completed at the end of each session (up to 6 hours each day). Lunch is on your own. Bring a jacket if you’re going on the 4th grade trip to Taylor Shellfish Farms – you’ll be in a refrigerator for about 20 minutes! Have fun!
