Ms. Hernandez Fifth Grade Class Welcome, students!

Welcome to Fifth Grade!  I will introduce you to the Fifth Grade and to our classroom.  If you have any questions during my presentation, please raise your hand and wait to be called on.

All About Ms. Hernandez  My background  I grew up all over Texas, until finally settling in Waxahachie in  I attended Dunaway Elementary, Waxahachie High, Navarro College, and Texas A&M University - Commerce.  My experience  I’ve been teaching CCD for 6 years.  I have also subbed for first thru sixth grade.

My Family  My mom and stepdad  sisters, Virginia and Emily  brothers, Jesus and Juan Pablo  nephew, Esteban  niece, Joselyn  Our pets  dogs, Lobo & Toro  My sister’s dog, Chuy

My Goals  To give you the academic and social skills you need to progress to sixth grade.  To provide a supportive and fun classroom environment.  To help you make new friends and discover new interests.
