. I like sports since childhood.

The aim of my project: To study the influence of sport on the person`s health. To find out how the Olympic Games appeared. What mark is Islam given to sport?

For the achievement of my aim I set next tasks: To find out the whether the health and sport interconnected. To study the origin of the Olympic Games. To study the sports history of Islam. To study sport in Daghestan. To analyze the questionnaires of the classmates. To draw conclusions.

The research methods: The information search. The selection information. The working with documentary sources. The systematization of own experience. The processing of result.

Sport is power, health, success and good pastime. Sport is a French word that means “fun” and “care”. In Russia sport appeared 100 years ago. Sport is an important part in our life. Daily sports are useful for each person, because it is necessary to attend the lessons of physical training. Some people consider sport is a waste of time. How can people live without sport? Sport teaches people to be self-confident, to be patient, to be healthy and strong.

It is our gym. Most of all I like wrestling.

And now I continue my favorite game. I go to the training 6 times in a week. When we have holidays such as “The days of the health”, “Come on, boys!” I think it is the Olympic Games.

Our motto “The Olympic Games not only for the Olympians”.

Where and when did the Olympic Games appear?

The early Olympic Games started in 776 BC in ancient Greece.

Sportsmen came to the Valley of Olympia from every corner of the world. Olympia was chosen as a sight of the Games because it was seen as a neutral area. It was a beautiful green valley accessed by two rivers. Olympia was also the place where the wild olive tree grew. It was planted by Heracles, founder of the Games. And the Crown Olive became the only prize won at Olympia.

Sport has always been very popular in our country. So, we all know the Winter Olympic Games took place in Sochi last year.

I want to draw your attention how many medals our athletes were won last year. The Russian team at the Olympics got 12 gold, 11 silver and 9 bronze medals.

There are hundreds of Olympic champions from our country. Among them Tatyana Volosajar and Maxim Trankov, Alina Kabayeva, Yelena Berezhnaya, Adelina Sotnikova, Victor Un and many others.

So, sport was in the glory from the ancient times and people understand its role in the health and life of the person.

Sport in Islam.

Usual person has a need in the rest and entertainment. Righteous Hammer said “Enjoy with meaning”. The main thing that Muslim`s leisure were not broken the norms of Islam. In this sense sports are suitable pastime. There are many different types of sports, which Muslims can play alone and in teams

Muslims must be dressed appropriately to cover avrat, to exclude transparent and tight clothes. They must protect themselves and children from the forbidden in sport.

There is only forbidden wrestling between men and women.

The Daghestani are sports-loving people. Daring, fortitude and valor inherent in real sportsmen are considered to be just a feature of the mountaineer. There are a lot of sports in Dagestan. I want to tell you about wrestling. Sport in Daghestan.

On the example of Ali Aliyev was grown a whole group of fighters such as Saipula Absaidov, Magomedkhan Gamzatkhanov, Mavlet Batirov, Shirvani Muradov, Shamil Vagabov and many others.

The most popular of the sport is free style wrestling in Daghestan. Wrestling is one of the practicable great varieties of sports, in which Daghestan achieved significant results.

Way to victory.

And I will continue working on myself to be athletics and healthy.

In conclusion, I`d say my hypothesis was confirmed. Everyone must have great strength of will, to preserve and improve the health.
