The plan:  10:35 – 10:40… Video clip of the day  10:40 – 10:47… Day of silence (Summary)  10:47 – 11:05. Solutions  11:05 – 11:20.. W, Ep, Ek (Questions)  11:20 – 11:50.. Finish “Faster Than Light”

Day of Silence:  My plan is to remain quiet between 9:10am and 3:20pm.  Only minimum talking… only if 100% necessary  I am supporting all people who do not have a voice in society, especially the 1.2 billion people do make less than a dollar per day.  That is 1 in every 6….  Also the 10,000 child who died each day because of poverty.

Rio’s slums

Mumbai’s slums

The plan:  10:35 – 10:40… Video clip of the day  10:40 – 10:47… Day of silence (Summary)  10:47 – 11:05. Solutions  11:05 – 11:20.. Work, Force, Kinetics  11:20 – 11:50

Questions to do:  P. 229  Question #11  P  Read Work and Kinetic Energy (Especially p. 239 but especially p. 240!)  P. 245  Question #

P. 229 Question #11

P. 229 Question #11

P. 245 Question #22

Questions to do: P. 250  #28 & 29  P. 254  #30 & 34

Try this weekend:  Prove that work, Potential Energy, and Kinetic energy are the same for the following:  A block sitting at 0meters is slide up a frictionless inclined plane to a height of 80 meters. The block is then held in place for 50 minutes. The block is then released.

Finish “Faster than Light”:
