Presentation transcript:

Smoking is very dangerous for your body. It contains hundreds of different chemicals which fill your lungs and cause you problems with your teeth and gums. Do not start smoking you will find it hard to stop.

Alcohol affects your liver, heart, and brain, damaging the cells in them. The short term affects include: o Slurred speech o Very bad co-ordination o And sometimes throwing up Alcohol is poisonous and so your liver has to work hard to clear the toxic materials.

Cannabis is a hallucinogen and interferes with the messages travelling to the brain. People who use it can sometimes see things that are not really there. Cannabis affects the brain, heart, and lungs. The drug is also addictive, like smoking so it is hard for someone to stop.

Remember, all three of these things could easily kill. They are all dangerous and all potentially addictive. It is not funny to use any of these things.
