We may be able to help.  If we cannot help, the desired report will be sent to the Program Managers and EC Director [Sam Dempsey] for review

How Do I access a report?  Step One Log In from W-S/FCS website in User Options

How Do I access a report?  Step Two Enter Login information (This is the same as your district ) and hit Login in button

How Do I access a report?  Step Three Click on School System

How Do I access a report?  Step Four Select Report and Click on the Report Title

How Do I access a report?  Step Five Make sure that your school and the information you need are selected

How Do I access a report?  Step Six Scroll to the bottom and click the Generate Report Button

How Do I access a report?  Step Seven You will see this screen. From here, select “Main Menu”

How Do I access a report?  Step Eight From the Main Menu, select, “My Reports”

How Do I access a report?  Step Nine Select your report

How Do I access a report?  Step Ten Open your report!

How Do I access a report?  Step Eleven As with any file, open from the bottom left of the screen.

General Notes  If you have access to run reports, view of the whole district is possible. This is due to access of “test school” for training. The district view option should disappear after.  Please remember that you may not full rely on these reports for another year.
