Josh Robinson, Jake White, Nik Robinson

 10Am-10:30Pm- Near Lake Helen  Thousands of people came and enjoyed the festivities  Big Festival with many events  Many food stands and 8 beer stands with a close radius  Biggest turn out in the festival’s history  Beer Stands run by local residents

 Michael Crealick  Evon Clair  Steve Hanes  Jodi Porter  All drove from the city Harrison(ages 17-18)

 Started drinking beer at 10AM  Watched lake activates and drank all day  Also drank two more beers and watched fireworks and drove to the other end of the lake (with more beer)  Went for a midnight swim, very intoxicated  Evone cut her foot on a sharp rock at the lake  Bleeding profusely, Michael had the idea to break into the house to get a bandage

 Steve got sick and threw up everywhere in the cabin  Evon got scared and suggested everyone should leave  So Michael took everyone that night

 Three days later, the cabin owner, Bill and Jane Brown came to the cabin and saw it was badly damaged  Blood on the carpet, smell was horrendous, multiple destroyed and damaged goods and vomit on the floor.  Some items could not be replaced or even fixed.  Damage of $100o

 The beer vendor, Ed Rice told police that the four teens were drinking heavily and drove off to that side of the lake.  Identified the four teens in a Harrison high school year book.

 Charged with vandalism, underage drinking, and breaking & entering.  Paid reduced restitution amount of $400, each  80 hours of community service.

 Citizens were appalled on how much the teens drunk and how easy it was to get beer.  Bill and Jane brown sued the planning committee for damages.  They also wanted a clear policy about underage drinking and not allowing people to get out of hand.

 Here is a link to the reenactment of the whole situation: 4gHI
