Insert your district’s Average PIC - Tier 1 Critical Elements chart (All School Types) Suggest drawing a line at the 70% mark to identify the areas for fidelity Prior to the meeting you may want to identify any elements below 70 and consult with your Project TA provider to consider suggestions for improvements in that area that you could provide/share at the meeting. 8 PIC Tier 1 School Level Report Suggest adding a schools’ PIC - Tier 1 Critical Element chart. Use this as an opportunity to “model” brainstorming items that need to be addressed on the school’s action plan. You may or may not want to add the school’s name.
