Fulfill our mission: Create a “College for Certain” K-12 pathway for low-income students by expanding the number of Secondary seats that we have available to serve students currently attending Aspire elementary schools in the Stockton area for which Aspire currently does not have a Secondary open spot Meet high demand: Serve students on current Aspire Ben Holt’s waitlist (1,000+ students) Build upon success: Expand an already high-performing Secondary school with a great culture Maintain small school model: Expand the campus and add students while maintaining Aspire’s small school feel

Will look similar to the current Aspire Ben Holt Will be physically located next to the current Aspire Ben Holt Academy o The current Aspire Ben Holt campus has ample space for additional Secondary facilities Will allow for the expansion of the current Aspire Ben Holt student population to over 1,100 students (for both schools) across grades 6-12 Will build upon current Aspire Ben Holt’s strong academic culture
