2. What are the impacts that have been observed, and how the local programs and projects contributed to such impact?  Appropriateness of PPAs contributed to the reduction of loss of lives and damage to properties.

3. Were there any programs and projects that yielded an adverse impact? What are these programs and projects?  Road Public Safety – increased travel time.

4. What are the programs and projects which are worthy of replication and thus have to be sustained?
