3 Dear friends, I and my teammates (Team No.: XXXX) will take part in Oxfam Trailwalker 2014 on November which is organised by Oxfam Hong Kong and sponsored by State Street. We have to complete the 100km Trail within 48 hours to raise funds to support Oxfam Hong Kong’s work. We hope you can support us to achieve our goal! Organiser Principal Sponsor

Work with teammates to combat every difficulty and challenge throughout the event 6

Cross over the Ma On Shan... Climb up the Tai Mo Shan... Complete 23 hills and ascend 4,830m 7

We are trailwalking to help people improve their livelihood 8

If you choose to sponsor us by bank-in or cheque, please submit the original copy of the deposit slip, the printed copy of the online transfer acknowledgement note or cheque, submit together with the sponsor list (please correctly write down the name which is used for tax deduction claims in Hong Kong) to us by XX December. Our contact method is XXXXXXX. We need to submit all the sponsorship records to Oxfam Hong Kong by 16 December. Late submission may cause our sponsors not be able to process tax deduction for the current financial year. To reduce administration costs, receipts for the tax deduction (receipts for Hong Kong tax payers only) will only be issued for donations of HK$100 or above. 19
