Booster Pump/ Compressor Procedures Rescue 31 Operator Instructions

Open fill station door

Put cylinder into receiving slot

Attach fill valve to bottle

Close bleeder valve

Open fill valve

Open bottle

Close fill station door completely, allowing locking slide to fully drop

Open supply valve

Increase regulator pressure to desired level warning! during shut down procedures, regulator pressure should be brought down to 0 psi to reduce pressure on internal spring and diaphram

Open “booster valve” to gain more regulated pressure

Open “fill valve”

Allow bottle to be filled until booster has stopped creating pressure

Shut down procedures Close fill valve Close booster valve Decrease regulator pressure down to 0 psi Close supply valve Open fill station door Close bottle Close fill valve Open bleeder Replace fill valve into storage slot Remove bottle Close fill station door

Filling more than one bottle To fill more than one bottle more efficiently, you may skip shut down procedures and just open fill station door. This will automatically inhibit unit to function until another bottle is connected and fill station door is securely closed.
