To increase performance and to add future capabilities to ESC, the following screens have been converted to.NET: Customer Information Qualifications Screen Inventory Entry Dispatch Entry Dispatch Schedule Report Setup Dispatch Board Screen The Print Options Screen

Brand New Screen Design!

 New tab format makes accessing data easier:  New auto-fill customer entry automatically finds your customers when you type in the first few letters:

 New Locations tab accommodates up to 6 contacts per location instead of 1:

 We now include the ability to quickly create a document for each contact:

 A new Merge Customer Feature is now available. This will merge all records from one customer to another. This is found under the activities button.

 The Customer Information screen now includes a “Date Added” field which auto-fills with the computer’s system date when a customer is first saved in ESC: You can also use this date as a filter when running customer reports.

 New improved customer search screen. Search options are now available from a pull down list: This screen can be accessed by pressing the down arrow on the “Select Customer” line or by using the keyboard combo of ALT and down arrow.

 The ability to make a customer inactive has been included in version 10. Inactive customers will not display in customer searches and can be used as a report search filter:

 Updated screen design  New Dispatch Notes Date/Time Stamp  Ability to add/edit equipment from Equipment tab:

 Updated Dispatch Schedule Screen  Added tabs on the bottom for viewing dispatch notes and the techs assigned: This report is also available from the Dispatch Entry screen by clicking on the dispatch number down arrow:

 Redesigned Inventory Entry screen also uses auto- fill for part number searches and the screen now opens in a separate window and is available in the Windows Task Bar:

 ESC will now post any parts attached to a agreement task to the parts tab of the posted dispatch.  If an SA is setup for “With Dispatch” in the invoicing tab, we no longer post attached parts to the invoice. Instead we now post the attached parts to the dispatch and disassociate the SA invoice from the SA dispatch.

 ESC now stores all 50 states worth of zip codes. Located under the File  Utilities menu, this option will allow you to import all of a cities zip codes for a particular state:

 Updated the Setup Dispatch Boards screen for ease of use. Located under Dispatch  Setup Dispatch Boards:

 Modified this capability to make it easier to assign users to dispatch boards. To access to go Company  System Setup and select the Dispatch Tab:

 ESC now allows you to open multiple reports at the same time. We also added a filters button in the Preview screen to give you a choice whether to close a report or go back to the filter screen:

 New for Version 10 is the ability to customize dispatch tickets in the same way we already allow you to do for Sales and Purchase Orders. This is located under File  Print Options  Forms Tab:

 The Connection Server has a new look and increased capabilities with additional help and information:
