Project Goals Specify coordination of care functions to: Support ongoing care team interaction – Communication, reconciliation, planning Support evolution of dynamic care plans – Synchronization of shared information – Tracking of specific items by care team members – Collaborative contribution and review of plan
Project Phases Service Functional Model – Specification of functions for coordination of care – “Requirements” for future technical specification – May 2014 HL7 DSTU ( draft standard) Technical Specification (Future Phase) – OMG ( technical specificationhttp://omg.org – Will define conformance profiles for interoperable services Required for technical specification work – Industry vetting of value of capabilities is required – Expect implementations based on HL7 SFM DSTU
