The definition Here, what we say as “din sum” is not the things people usually said “dessert”. It just something people ate as breakfast , suchlike the Chinese buns or dumplings and so on.

Teahouses and restaurants in Guangdong always supply dedicate special and delicious dim sum to customers.There are around fifty to a hundred types of dim sum, and even more. Traditional ones,original ones and typical ones, the range of dim sum are pretty comprehensive to us. Of course, you can taste different types at one time,all as you please.

Shrimp dumplings The shrimp dumplings first appeared in people’s eyesight is about 1930s in a small teahouse of Guangzhou outwards. At first,the materials and shapes are very simple. It first famous for its fresh shrimp stuffing— the natural materials.Because it’s cheap and delicious.Later, it spread across the Guangzhou city, because of its low price, affordable and acceptable to the masses. And it has been gradually improved by experienced chivies. Finally,this kind of food became the routine in south restaurants.

Sui Mai We can use egg liquid and water to make the skin, then,use the pork, shrimp, and mushrooms as the stuffing, finally mold them into pomegranate flowers form. And once you steamed it, a success Sui Mai has been made. Take a look, the skin of Sui Mai appears a kind of slight yellow, and itself gives off a very fragrant flavor. Just imagining, how attractive it can be ! Yeah! It look so great, my mouth is watering now.

Sampan Congee is a kind of attractive food in Guangzhou. It’s alleged that the authentic Sampan Congee must be made even eaten in the floating boats, and it also known for this particular step.
