4 thematic areas: Music and stage arts (e.g. concerts, recitals, theatrical performances, master classes) Fine and visual arts (e.g. exhibitions, screenings, film & photo festivals, contests, meetings with artists) Artistic and cultural education (e.g. workshops, lectures, symposium, seminars, exchange of artists) Cultural heritage (e.g. seminars, conferences, research, discussion pannels, collaboration of experts) Supported activities

Programme specifities 1.Programme based on experiences of Cultural Exchange Fund ( ) 2.Donor Partnership Programme: Arts Council Norway as DPP 3.Partnership at the project level is obligatory! 4.Small & large projects 5.Appraisal by Polish & Norwegian experts + Selection Committee
