Course Mapping Errors Scenario: District submits a HD Ticket indicating SSID is missing from the March (D) Extract. They can’t figure out why. The district states the student took subject code and was reported with the correct Program Area of Concentration. The district states that SSID was in local classroom code LCC1234. M apped Local Classroom Code Record (CM) Manifest Code Reporting LEA Local Classroom Code 2014K LCC1234LCC5678 The issue: The district mapped the course incorrectly. When the district mapped class LCC1234, they mapped it “TO” LCC5678. When a class is mapped “FROM” and then “TO”, the “FROM” class no longer exists. From To
