What are robots? Robots are machines. Robots do hard work that humans usually do. Although robots can do stuff like humans, they don’t have brains.

When did robot history start? The first robot was built 350 B.C. by a man named Archytas. He built a mechanical bird called “the pigeon.”

What do robots do? Typical robots do jobs that are difficult, dangerous or dull. Robots work hour after hour and day after day. They don’t get tired, they don’t make errors, and they don’t get paid.

What types of robots are there today? There is a lot of types of robots today, here are some. Mobile robots Stationary robots Remote control robots And lastly BEAM robots. BEAM stands for Biology, Electronics, Aesthetics, and Mechanics.
