Enforcement Supervision of the competent authorities on compliance with the legislation: -lack of information; -registration, notification of pre- declaration; -cooperation between competent authorities. Dealing with complaints submitted by posted workers. 3

Challenges -Posting of disguised employed (i.e. bogus self-employed workers etc.) -Posting by letter box companies -Easy accessible, transparent and reliable information 4
