ادغام برنامه های کنترل بيماري هاي غير واگير در شبكه معاونت بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم

سير ادغام تكميل شبكه و ضرورت پرداختن به بيماري هاي غير واگير ابلاغ برنامه غربالگري ديابت از سوي وزارت بهداشت اجراي دستور العمل وزارت بهداشت در شبكه هاي ري و جنوب تهران ( راه اندازی 23 واحد ) ارزيابي واحدهاي راه اندازي شده راه اندازي 3 واحد نمونه ديابت در سه شبكه تحت پوشش ارتقاي واحدهاي راه اندازي شده و راه اندازي واحدهاي جديد

ويژگي هاي برنامه ابلاغ شده از سوي وزارت بهداشت غربال گري جمعيت بالاي 30 سال از نظر ديابت ‌‍ ، فشار خون و هيپرليپيدمي به صورت رايگان درمان بيماران شناسايي شده ( غير رايگان ) ارجاع به سطح دو و سه در صورت نياز

واحدهاي راه اندازي شده تا کنون ( آبان 90)

نقاط نيازمند توجه فوری بازنگری نشدن متون آموزشی تهیه شده در سال 84 فقدان برنامه آموزشی مدون برای نیروهای درگیر در برنامه ثبت کاغذی و حجم بالای فرم های آماری مشکلات قانونی عقد قرارداد با پزشک، پرستار و کارشناس تغذیه گردش کار مبهم بیمار در واحد دیابت و نارضایتی حاصل از آن
