Suppliers’ Relationships Relationships among the tourism services providers must be excellent Suppliers including Hotels, Airlines, F&B outlets, Car rental companies, Wholesalers etc.

Suppliers’ Relationships To ensure that travel agencies continue to have an excellent working relationships with suppliers, TA’s operations department must play a major role. Useless to sell top quality tour packages if the operational department does not come through with the products that client expect

Suppliers’ Relationships Various activities the operations department needs to take note of so that important dates will not slip by, deposits are paid to travel suppliers and promises made are kept and deadlines met

Keeping Track of Activities Careful planning of work schedules is important to make sure that the workload is controlled and monitored 1)Planning guidelines checklist of all activities, involved in a task, arranging them, deadlines, reminders of work to be done at different stages
