WorkPro is a user friendly program that enables you to easily calculate Workers Compensation premiums. It is particularly useful when processing renewals, and can also be used for quoting new business to clients as it provides a comparison table of three insurer’s terms.  A client card is created for each the legal entity, trading name and business activity etc  Initially a worksheet is created for the client. The ANZIC code, rate, policy number, period of cover, estimated wages and broker fee are entered into the system. Once this information is entered it is accessible each renewal.  Should the policy be a renewal, a broker deposit pre-bill amount can be entered and then a wages declaration printed. The wages declaration is accepted by all insurers  The pre-bill amount is then entered into your system and invoiced to the client  When the completed wages declaration is received from the client the actual and estimated wages can be easily entered into the system and WorkPro calculates the adjustment that is then processed in your system.
