VISION  Being a football concept restaurant that famous in Malaysia.  To establish a customer-friendly environment or "Use Friendly" to visitors in this restaurant through cost and efficient services.

MISSION  Attract more football fans to visit this restaurant.  Provide and ensure all businesses operating activities has always excelled in providing quality services to customers.

TRADEMARK

 The words 'Football Marche' means uniting football fans watching a football game together.  The letter 'O' in the form of football is a business concept of this restaurant.  Black and white color is symbolizing for the union of football fans.  Background with crown logo stands for the king of the sports Football.

 Received raw materials from suppliers.  Storing raw materials to make sure that the raw materials in good condition if did not use it.  Issuing the raw materials from storing to prepare.  Preparing food that demanded by customers.  Cook meals ordered by the customer.  Serving the meal for customers whether to dine in or take away.  Lastly is customer can consume their meal.

FRANCHISE PACKAGES & FEES  There are two ways of becoming a Football Marche's franchisee. Whether start a new restaurant from scratch or buy an existing Football Marche's restaurant. It will all depend on what is available at the time that your training is complete. Either way, you will still need to fulfill certain financial requirements to be a Football Marche's franchisee. 1.New restaurant 2.Buy an existing restaurant

NEW RESTAURANT  The costs for starting an entirely new Football Marche's restaurant can be anything between RM0.5 million to RM1.5 million. The costs also depend on the restaurant size and type, its location, style of decoration and landscaping.

NEW RESTAURANT Initial Costs  RM85,000 Franchise fee (for a 10 year term) paid upon or prior to the commencement of the franchise.  RM47,000 Interest - free security deposit for the faithful performance of the franchise, refundable upon the expiration of the franchise.  RM200,000 - RM250,000 Pre-opening expenses - Staff training and salaries, stock trading, living expenses while training and other normal start-up costs.  RM300,000 – RM400,000 Approximate cost of kitchen equipment, signage, seating, decor and landscaping paid to individual suppliers.  Other Miscellaneous Costs Stamp duty (paid to the government) is assessed on necessary documentation and is paid by the franchisee in addition to the working capital required. Legal fees are paid by the franchisees to cover the preparation of the franchise documentation.

NEW RESTAURANT Ongoing Fees (Monthly)  Royalty Fee A Royalty Fee, which is a system fee, is based on a percentage of the restaurant's gross sales, which is currently at 4%.  Rental Depending on store type, location and performance – may vary between 12% to 18%.  Marketing Contribution Currently at 4% of the restaurant's gross sales.

EXISTING RESTAURANTS  For an existing Football Marche’s restaurant you will usually buy it over based on the restaurant's market value. In addition, the franchise fee and security deposit mentioned before will also be payable.
