Format and Content The World Bank and UN co-chair the SC Combination of plenary and breakout sessions Main plenary in Khartoum, breakout sessions in Khartoum/Juba Sessions chaired by GNU/GoSS and by donors General Pledging Session: donor commitments to overall recovery and development assistance including funding through the two MDTFs for Review of: Recent progress in recovery, economic, social and institutional developments political and security areas government’s plans and budgets for 2007
