The Problem:  Organizing home financial, medical, warranty and other house hold papers takes time and space  If you ever were to encounter a serious disaster like a flood, fire, or hurricane you would not have your important papers stored at your home  Children’s crafts and keepsakes fade and are damaged over time making it very difficult to preserve them

The Solution:  Preserve your warranty papers and other important receipts  Satisfy your sentimental side by archiving all your children’s great crafts and keepsakes

Use of Dates:  Using Date on the Document as the "Date" from each financial or medical record  Other items do not need that date, so do not even check it Document Title:  Name of the Vendor or item being archived Keywords:  Tax records, enter the Tax Year  Name to be used for family each member related items  Kids crafts, enter the child's name
