MME Supervisor Training Arrival & Test Day times –7 am, Q&A Team picks up cart from Skiba’s Office. There will be Doughnuts & Coffee in PCR –7:15 am, Test Supervisors meet w Q&A Team for briefing –7:30 am, Test Supers to Testing rooms –7:40 am, Students arrive to classrooms –7:45 am, Testing begins! Testing Notes: –Cell Phones, Students have their own calculators, please alpha your test room books, Late start, use your judgment for start time, breaks must be exact, no shorter or longer –Student teachers should be assigned –No Substitutes as Test Supervisors! Safe guard = should not be in testing room at all bc not trained. Dismissed students (for inappropriate behaviors) go to Skiba’s office Biggest mistakes –ACT break time minutes pencil up to pencil down, including instructions. (3 irregularity reports = audit = $ = loose/cut teachers) –Absent Students - Send Answer Key only! Bussed students not Testing - Wed & Thursday only –Lower Gym, Cafeteria and Media Center. Students will have their choice of where they would like to be. –Please keep in mind that the media center has a maximum capacity lower than the other locations.
