District Grants (DG) From part of our District Designated Funds $62,000 this Rotary Year ( ) Smaller in size monetarily Deadline for application is August 31 st Reviewed by committee Funds distributed in October Club dollar match 1:2 ($.50/club for $1.00/district) Progress report (or Final) due by June 30, 2016 Project must be completed within 12 months from receipt of funds (approx. November 2016)

DG - Continued DG intended for local projects, International projects should consider Global Grants Last year $63,000 available ($48,612 awarded to clubs) This year $62,000 available Each club receives Guaranteed Funds, based on pro-rata Rotary Foundation giving, plus Star Club Bonus Clubs can submit multiple grants to use Guaranteed Funds Each club can submit one additional grant for Discretionary Funds Discretionary Fund grant applications will be evaluated and funded based on merit DG’s may be partially funded

DG - Continued Grant Reporting – VERY IMPORTANT If we do not have our Grants reported, we do not receive funding until they ARE reported. Easy report forms Keep receipts and send with report Income and expenses need to match Report must be physically signed

Global Grants Larger International Projects Minimum total project cost $30,000 Projects can span Rotary years Grants can be applied for any time Two Countries and Two Clubs DDF match $1 for $1 Club match $.50 for $1 Meet Requirements, get the Grant
