Your last assignment in English this year!

  We’ll go over the forms and example poems.  Then you’ll choose which two forms you’d like to try.  Then you’ll write a rough draft of each one. Rough drafts are for a class work grade and are due at the end of class on the first day. Poetic Forms Project: Day One:

  Ms. Rolfe will hand back your rough drafts with her feedback.  You’ll pick one of your two poems to hand in as a final draft.  You’ll revise the poem and then decorate it. Make a frame or just add pictures. Make it look fabulous! They’re going to be hung on the walls next year.  The final draft is one last quiz grade. Day Two: Revision & Publishing
