A web-based, independent system maintained by EHP Generates an electronic version of the Record of Environmental Consideration (REC) Stores all EHP-related analyses & documents EMIS Background Information

A variety of documentation can be added to a specific Law/Executive Order, or to the project in general: Comments Approval Conditions Attachments (electronic files, e.g. photos, maps, resource agency correspondence, EAs, etc.) What is stored in E-MIS?

How to Access EMIS

Finding a Project (1) Click the All Reviews link in the sidebar

Filter Function Use Filter function to sort projects by program or disaster Click on any Column Heading to sort the data

Finding a Project (2) Click Search Subject Tab to get to Search Screen Enter Search Criteria to find single or groups of projects

Record of Environmental Consideration (REC) Click to view Rework History Click the Magnify icon to view the REC for a project

Viewing the Workflow Status Click the Workflow icon to view the review status for a specific project

View Individual Project (1) Click the Queue to enter the specific review to see conditions, comments, or attachments related to specific law, EO or NEPA determination Status and Dates Name of Reviewer Approval Status

Click on Sidebar to see All Comments or All Conditions Click here to see attachments View Individual Project (2) Click here to see details of review

REC Once the EHP review is complete and the project is forwarded from EMIS to EMMIE, PA staff may also view the REC from within EMMIE The REC is available in EMMIE on the Attachments screen
